Skydiving locations in Virginia

When we first opened over 10 years ago the owner searched Virginia for the best views for skydiving. We chose two locations. Victoria with amazing views of the mountains and Lake Gaston. We also added a camping area at the Victoria location. My favorite time to skydive in Victoria is the Fall Time in Virginia. The leaves when they change color make for a great visual while under parachute. Our West point Skydiving location is located between three rivers and the Chesapeake Bay. West point is our most popular by far during the spring and summer months. Most of the time we are in free fall right over the Yorktown River. On weekends the river is lined up with boats so they can watch us skydive. The Rappahannock, Mattaponi and the Pamunkey River are all around the airport. AFF Skydiving Classes In Virginia

No Limits Skydiving does host some training classes to receive a United States Parachute Association Skydiving License. We have done some in the past and we are going to start doing more soon. Look for new info on our web site in the near future. The program to receive your basic skydiving license is mandated by the U.S.P.A. All skydiving schools in the United States follow the same program for you to work toward your A License. You will have to first do two Tandem Skydives with No Limits Skydiving to be allowed into our A.F.F. Program. These tandems will be slightly different then a regular tandem. Making a reservation to skydive with No Limits Skydiving is super easy. Please do some looking around and check our reservation process compared to other skydiving dropzones in Virginia. You have two choices on how to make your reservation with us. You can reserve online and choose the location, time, and date for your jump; or you may also call to make your reservation over the phone at (866) 553-2915. You can also decide when booking online or at our office if you want to purchase a video or picture package. We are open 7 days a week weather permitting for skydiving. From Feb 17th thru the first Sat of December we are open. We are the only skydiving location in VA that is open 7 days a week. Skydiving in VA in 2018

We are super excited for the upcoming skydiving season! We are closed for the winter and will open back up the second Saturday in February. Starting Feb 10, 2018, we are then open 7 days a week. We then close again for winter on Dec 8th, 2018. In getting ready for our opening date all the equipment has been sent of for a complete inspection. This includes each parachute system and all of our planes. EVERYTHING goes through an meticulous inspection process and repairs are done where needed. We send our skydiving containers to Strong Enterprises where they go thru a 12-point inspection and any repairs are made to have them in perfect working order for Virginia's 2018 skydiving season. All of our airplanes are also sent off for an FAA mandatory annual inspection. This is required by the Federal Government of all aircraft that are used for commercial operations. Skydiving Parachutes

We often get questions about the cost and material of the parachutes we use. I thought I would share some basic info about the gear we use for skydiving. Parachute systems vary as much as cars do. There are all different sizes and configurations. They are so varied that it would take a 20 page essay to go into all the details about each type. In this blog I will give our readers a little more info about the parachutes we use to Tandem Skydive in Virginia. With Tandem Skydiving there are two people suspended under the parachute system, the instructor and the customer. Of course with two people there is added weight so the square footage of our canopy is much larger than it would be for a single skydiver.
