Spring Time has arrived and with spring the start of Baseball Season is upon us. Richmond VA has a Double A Baseball Team called the Flying Squirrels. Nothing is more American than baseball, and the Richmond Flying Squirrels is a big hit in Virginia's capitol city. No Limits Skydiving has been hired by this team to help kick off opening night. After the final out of the 9th inning No Limits Skydiving will be skydiving into the field with the American Flag right before the fire works show. Richmond Flying Squirrels always start their season with a end of the game fire works show for their fans. Richmond International Raceway Tandem Skydiving

No limits Skydiving instructors brought Richmond International Raceway Track President, Doug Fritz on a Tandem Skydive for a press conference at the track. Our staff are recognized as the best in the area and are used often for special events. In a promotion to introduce the Air Guard 400, Richmond International Raceway Track President Doug Fritz accept the challenge to go skydiving for the first time. This was no ordinary jump, Fritz made a tandem skydiving into the infield of the racetrack with the help of instructor and professional skydiver Matt Wilson. Matt is also the owner of No Limits Skydiving and makes his living helping people experience the thrill of skydiving. This was the first time a track present has ever jumped into his own track. “I tell you what, I think it’s the craziest thing I’ve ever done in my entire life, but hopefully we’ll sell some tickets,” Fritz said.

Nutsy the Flying Squirrel

The staff of No Limits Skydiving helped kick off the baseball season by flying the mascot for the Flying Squirrels baseball team into the park before the game on opening night. “Nutsy” was flown in as a tandem skydive to a safe landing in center field to a cheering crowd. The No Limits Skydiving staff, as the Aerial Adventure Demos skydiving team, has safely completed hundreds of professional skydiving demonstrations at large events such as NASCAR or as small as county fairs. RIR NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Demo Jump

The No Limits Skydiving Demo team successfully completed another Sprint NASCAR demo jump at Richmond International Raceway for the spring Sprint Series race. The weather wasn’t as good as the prior day’s jump. The forecast called for rain and clouds 2500-5000. Fortunately, the rain held off and the clouds stayed out of the way. Right on time, the three skydivers jumped from a Cessna 182 from 3200 feet over top of turn four. For this skydive one jumper brought in the American flag which give the other two skydivers the opportunity to fly over the track and put on a great show for the 50,000 race fans in the stands. After landing, the team walked past the cars where the drivers were getting into their cars. RIR NASCAR Nationwide Series Demo Jump

The No Limits Skydiving Demo team successfully completed their first NASCAR demo jump of the year at Richmond International Raceway for the spring Nationwide Series race. The weather was perfect for the jump. The team took off from Hanover Airport about 25 minutes before the scheduled jump time of 7:23. For this jump there were three jumpers. One with smoke, one with the track flag and the last skydiver with the big American flag. All three made perfect landings on target to the cheering crowd. This jump was broadcast live on ESPN2 on NASCAR Countdown.
