Norfolk Virginia is the home of the largest Navy base in the world. When you think of Norfolk, then of course you have to think NAVY. Americans from all over the world that have served in our military have called Norfolk home during their time of service. The history of the military and Norfolk Virginia is long and distinguished. The owner of No Limits Skydiving served for years in the US Navy and was stationed in Norfolk. It was during his time in service in Norfolk that he first skydived at the West Point location. West Point has been one of the longest running operations for skydiving in the country going back as far as the 1970's. Fall time is here, my favorite time of year to jump. The sky is so clear you can see for miles. People ask all the time if it is too cold to jump this time of year. Absolutely not! It's actually the nicest time of the year to skydive. Not too cold or hot - the weather and temperature are perfect. We are open everyday for skydiving until the second weekend of December, then we are closed for a couple months for the winter as we get all our gear ready for 2020. One of the questions we get every day is "What is the price and discount for group tandem skydives?" The normal price is $235 for a skydiving jump and $75 for video or pictures. The price for groups of 4-5 is $215 per jump and $50 for pics or video The price for groups of 6-8 is $205 per jump and $50 for pics or video The price for group of 9 or more is $195 per jump and $50 for pics or video. There are no hidden fees or taxes that will surprise you once you arrive. We are open everyday, so grab some friends and join us. This week, we took 9 members of a family skydiving who were vacationing in Virginia Beach, VA. They all came to our West Point location to make their first skydive. What a great time! Licensed Skydivers are skydivers that have their license from the USPA. We are starting to host some regular licensed skydivers at our West Point location a couple days a week. May 17th is our first day of this event. We are going to start having this become a weekly thing all summer. We will have both planes running for formation loads and speed star jumps. Formation loads is where there are skydivers in both planes. They will exit the aircraft at the same time so the skydivers can meet up in mid air. They are a lot of fun and take exact precision to make happen. If you are a United States Parachute Association Skydiver, call us to join the fun.
