William and Mary Skydiving

No Limits Skydiving works with many university's in Virginia to take their students skydiving. This past weekend, we had a great group from William and Mary University - located in Williamsburg, VA. They sent us 23 students who joined us for their Tandem Skydive. We love taking people on their skydive and showing them a new view of the world from the sky. What to wear when skydiving in Virginia

One of the questions we hear all the time is "What should I wear when coming to skydive?" This of course all depends on the time of year you come to jump. Usually by March, Spring has arrived and we are skydiving every day. I always tell customers to just wear what the day calls for. You can wear jeans and a T-shirt, or a sweatshirt if its a little colder. The one item we want you to bring is some tennis shoes. Nothing with heels or boot laces. Just simple sneakers or tennis shoes.  We will give you a jumpsuit to put over your clothes. This jumpsuit does a couple of things. It makes your body more aerodynamic for free fall and you fall more smoothly thru the sky. Jumpsuits also help keep everything in place. What we mean by that is we will be free falling about 120 MPH, and if you are not wearing a proper shirt…

Skydiving in Virginia during Autumn.

This is my favorite time of year for jumping in Virginia. In the Fall, the air is so clear that you can see the beauty of Virginia for miles in every direction. In Virginia, we are lucky to have all the seasons. The leaves changing colors the next few weeks make for absolutely amazing skydiving views. We are open seven days a week, so all you need to do is call us or reserve online here. Plan on being there for about 2 to 3 hours from the time you arrive until your skydive is over. You will be attached to USPA-Certified Instructor for your entire experience. This way you can relax and enjoy the free-fall while enjoying the views under the parachute. Halloween Boogie – Oct 26 and 27th.

Come re-live the Halloween Boogie at our West Point location October 26 and 27th. Free-fall over the York River as we bring back one of longest running Skydiving Events in Virginia. We have the most scenic DZ in Virginia, and we only allow fun jumpers a couple times a year. We will have a caravan for the weekend from Skydive Paraclete. We will have bonfires both Friday and Saturday night. Saturday night we will be having a free dinner along with a party. We will also have a Speed Star on the Sunset Load. We hope to see the old gang back and meet some new skydivers as we once again fill the skies over West Point with parachutes! Registration is $65 per person.
