If you are looking for the perfect time to make a skydive in Virginia, then the Fall Time is it. It is my favorite time of the year to jump. There is NO summer time haze in the air. The air is perfectly clear and you can see for miles. You can usually make out the city of Richmond while skydiving on Fall Days.
When the leaves have started to change colors and the air is crisp is by far the best time to skydive. Summer Time is our busy season, but the Fall is much better. It’s not 100 degrees out, and the chance of thunder storms is almost zero.
I have been skydiving for 30 years, and if you are asking for advice on when to make your jump in Virginia, then Autumn is that time. We hope to se you at the Drop Zone soon!
