- - You must be at least 18 years of age, please come with a valid ID.
- - You must be within the weight limit of 240 lbs.
- - Wear sneakers/sport shoes, no Sandals or Boots, no shoes with heals or hooks.
- - Wear loose fitting comfortable clothing.
- - Remove all jewelry, no watches, bracelets, necklaces and nothing in your pockets.
- - Arrive 15 to 30 minutes before your scheduled reservation time.
- - Plan on at least a four-hour stay on the weekend
- - Absolutely no alcohol or drugs in your system.
